Why does goofy talk

I started ScreenPlayas to combine two of my passions: writing and geek-culture. Check out the geek mythology page while stopping by! The year was and Pixar had just unveiled the movie UP. Adults everywhere drove their kids to see it, expecting an innocently cute movie about a house floating away on balloons. Little did they know that within its first ten minutes, UP would have reduced the mass majority of adults to a blubbering mess of tears and heartbreak.

Thank you Dollie! I used the Chart of Dogness with permission from its creator, Seth Mlawski, and its original purpose was to analyze the difference between Scooby and Scrappy.

Entertainment News. For your chart — the missing box should be Scooby Doo. Sorry, just read beyond the chart and noticed you do mention Scooby. For as long as I could remember, I was dwelled on the magic and beauty associated with Disney and everything that it offered, from princesses, to boys that grew long noses when they lied, to the elephants with giant ears that enabled them to fly, Disney never failed to bring about the creativity and innocence that comes with being a child.

I still remember the first time that I watched The Lion King. I cannot begin to tell you all how much I love that movie, even as a college student, I would gladly drop whatever it is that I was doing, and just sit down and watch The Lion King. A tale of a young lion cub who, after losing his father to a stampede, was raised by a meerkat and warthog to eventually become the next king, gives us all a sense of hope that no matter what circumstance come in our way, no matter what trials and tribulations we face, we must persist in our efforts to be who we were meant to be.

Using animals to portray these messages appeals to children because it is anything unlike reality. Sure, a movie with people talking can be exciting, but to reach out to our inner child, using talking animals gives the audience greater motivation to watch the film for its comedic aspects, as well as learn a few lessons along the way.

Creativity is an attribute that should never be undermined. Thinking outside of the box is what we need to do to deliver messages of great worth and importance and what is needed to do to grab the attention of others. Pingback: Random Thread - Page
