A hardship ballot with 3, free Parade tickets has been set up to support those who are experiencing financial strain and cannot afford a ticket to Parade. Kruger explained that the parade would be moving away from the large floats we're used to, focusing instead on "the outlandish pageantry of costumes, puppetry and props" that make the parade such a spectacle. Updates on the progress of this planning will be provided in the coming weeks.
